How UvolveX was born

Over a cumulative 30 years, in our career journey, we often asked ourselves, can we bring something new to the Consulting industry? His extensive work spans all stages of the deal cycle, from strategy and due diligence to integration and post-deal value realization. Having worked with global brands like GE and KPMG, Agniprotim has deep expertise in the UK and India markets, driving impactful outcomes in high-stakes environments. A thought leader and mentor, he supports future leaders through roles at the University of Oxford and Bayes Business School, combining strategic vision and industry expertise to deliver enduring business success.

Vedant is a seasoned M&A expert with 12+ years of experience in M&A, investment, and strategy. He has worked on 25+ transactions with a combined deal value of $20B, specializing in sectors such as healthcare, technology, FMCG, ed-tech, telecom, and e-commerce. With expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring, he has successfully managed cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Vedant has extensive experience working with startups, private equity (PE) funds, and venture capital (VC) firms, helping scale high-growth companies, particularly in the Agri-tech sector. He has worked with global firms like EY and NinjaCart. Vedant holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and is a certified Chartered Accountant.
